RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ON CASUAL WEAR (INCLUDING LOUNGEWEAR + ZOYA WRAP DRESS)
Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $14 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned. In addition, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and any of our formalwear items that have been purchased without "Seel Return Assurance".
Sani cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Where returns are processed for store credit, a Sani gift card will be issued once we have received and inspected your return, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
For our formalwear, we offer the option to return through the Seel Return Assurance program. Please see below for more details.
If you do not opt for the Seel Return Assurance program, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order and/or delicate nature of our products. In that case, all sales are final. So what happens if you are not 100% happy with your garment? Reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you to make sure the item is to your satisfaction, including making tailoring and fit suggestions. If there are extenuating circumstances, we can exchange the goods for another style, pending material availability. There will be a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any differences in price. We are always happy to work with you to evaluate the circumstances.

You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items. Add the Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the item(s) and shipped back within (2) days of getting the return approved.

We are unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. You are responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier’s rate.
Seel Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
